Cabin Fever
a couple of weekends ago i stayed in a cabin. i know i know, those of you who know me are saying "WHAT?! A cabin.. were you high.. you hate the outdoors!" to what i respond with, "Guys, it was a heated cabin, with flush-able toilets, beds, a kitchen, and all other awesome home-like commodities!" 

"MURDER IN THE DARK!" was the most repeated line that whole weekend, due to our mad murdering skills ;) but all in all, i had cabin fever. i did not want to leave to return to a world where i had homework and responsibilities.. but i'm back.. :)


Job Interview
i had a job interview at rue21 in orem, ut :) that went super well! i know the managers loved me, but i haven't heard back yet. to which i am not extremely disappointed because i just want to serve a mission :)

Amazing Race

i had a great date with Miss Michelle Fortune :) where we had a great and Amazing Race, to which we forfeited due to injury.. but the fun and enjoyment lived for the rest of the night as we played Curses, Apple to Apples and Just Dance on the Wii. great date with such a great friend :)

Farewell

tis the season to bid farewell to close friends as they leave to serve full time missions :) this past sunday i said goodbye to Elder Andres Lattanzio who reports to the MTC this wednesday :) to him i say thanks for setting a great example to me :) see you in 2+years brother!

School..

HA! well i want it to be over.. a little less than a week and a half left :) projects are coming up, papers are due, and tests are approaching.. and yet i don't stress like i should.. someday i will learn. i hope. :) i'm keeping it positive.. :)

My Mission

sigh.. i still await for an interview with my stake president.. i've been waiting for a month now.. which kinda sucks. as you all may know i really just want to serve a mission. if i could i'd leave tomorrow i would.. but i can't.. my time hasn't come yet.. but soon enough.. :)

life is so wonderful. i am blessed. i am most definitely crazy. i am a procrastinator. i need to learn more. i need to leave this country. i need to leave this blog and continue on projects..

day thirty

Day 30 – A photograph of yourself today + three good things that have happened in the last 30 days!

this is me, super excited i made all thirty days :)

1. mission papers. i started my papers.. well i mentioned this the first day of the challenge, but things got complicated. buut i did get them started just yesterday! i have doctor appointments this week, hopefully paper will be in sooner than later :)

2. hairspray. i was already performing hairspray when i started the challenge, but it has been one of the best things i've done EVER. i loved performing with such a great cast and i cannot wait to audition more and more when i come back from my mission :)

3. the voice party. i haven't talked much about the VOICE Party much on my blog, but it was the party i campaigned with this past student elections at the University of Utah. the party was the best. i believed in all its platforms and mission and vision, but unfortunately the University decided to elect the, oh so fascinating, represent party. boo. oh well, the experience is unforgettable and i met the most AMAZING people.

LIFE IS SO GREAT! 

what can i say about life..

well i got a couple of great things to celebrate about..!

1. Hairspray rehearsals are SO COOL :) love being in a musical and preparing to perform AGAIN! :D
2. i got a job! :D at the Office of High School Services and Student Recruitment as a Student Ambassador..!! :D
3. the end of the SEMESTERR!! :D whoo!! i am so excited to end this amazing Fall Semester!
4. So close to start things to become  missionary! :D a couple more months and everything i've been waiting for the last 5 or 6 years will finally comee! :D

life is just so amazing! couldn't be happier! :) except for i hate writing papers.. and Hairspray songs are stuck in my head all the time.. i will get sick of them soon..! :/ buut I LOVEE LIFE! :D

there has been lots of arguments about LGBT and the LDS religion.. :) i love my church so much and i love people that chose to be LGBT :) so i think we should all live in harmony believing what the other wants to believe in :) stand by what you think is right and never let anyone tell you that you cannot believe that :)

story time.

thursday night. the students in building 810 at the University of Utah have nothing to do. geoff, in desperation for amusement, whips out a handy dandy weapon of mass entertainment. HOT chicken wings! and when i say HOT i mean HOT! so hot the smell of this chicken burned your BRAIN! not only that, but it looked like molten lava from satan-land!

in his search for a victim, geoff runs into an innocent group of friends; mo, david, ivette, and stephanie. as the group of friends play along doing flips and such things geoff begins to challenge david. not afraid of geoff's challenge david accepts to eat this chicken from satan-land.

giving into second thoughts david reaches into the box. looking deeply into the chicken and then to his friends he inhales aaand begins devour the small piece of chicken. as he finishes his friends cheer him on while geoff is laughing his head off at the stupid mistake david just committed. two seconds pass when all of a sudden you hear a loud "AHH!!"

david frantically runs straight to the first water source he can find to calm the BURNING sensation off his mouth. he gets to his room and with his sauce filled hands and rubs his face without giving it second thought. and almost immediately discovers that he could have just made the stupidest mistake of his life.

david's results: burnt face and mouth. aand a mild case of humiliation.

geoff was now looking for his new victim. mo. witnessing what just happened with david, no way mo was up for the challenge. not until his trusty buddy ivette cheered him on to do it! feeling motivated, mo accepted with one condition: ivette ate part of his chicken wing. thinking it various times ivette eventually accepted. as mo reached into this box of horror he could feel the sauce-drenched chicken burning his fingers. he then ripped two small pieces, one for ivette and the other for himself. counting to three both mo and ivette started to chew down this small but deadly piece of chicken. ivette immediately feels the effects and runs to her room as if she was running a marathon! mo, on the other hand not feeling the effects as much, feels brave enough to eat the rest of the chicken wing.

slowly eating the chicken wing down to bare bone mo exhales. relieved that the worst was over... or so he thought. a couple of minutes later his eyes started to water, his nose started to run, and all he wanted to do was dance..?! he recklessly but gracefully started to dance around in extreme anxiety as he thought that dancing through his ferocious pain would somehow make it stop! while all this was happening again geoff was laughing hysterically at what mo was doing. minutes passed and mo could not handle the feeling of a million suns in his mouth and soon followed both david and ivette's footsteps to the water fountain. quickly getting a drink he then runs straight to his room and washes his hands twice to wash his face off and blow his nose! feeling that the worse was over, mo came out of his room to find that all of his friends were astonishingly laughing at the fact that david, ivette and mo ate that chicken!

ivette's results: burnt mouth.

mo's results: burnt mouth, humiliation because of snot bubble and increased dancing skills.

moral of the story: geoff is satan. and when satan comes along and offers you a HOT chick you be like stephanie and run like you've never before. because satan is a [profanity word].

my absolute new life called college is pretty much the greatest thing that could have happened to me right now :) there are many reasons why people should go to college... let me name a few..

• i tend to to the stuff my parents ask me to do without my parents :D

sooo college is like high school but a million times better! as i walk down this beautiful campus i can only barf at the thought that i used to walk down one lamee hall to get to all my classes. ooh and if you thought you have liberty in high school (you know the whole driving your car out to lunch) no that is not liberty THIS is liberty :D

anywhoo enough with school.. how about the new friendss haha. well they're cool. still miss my old buddies but that okay :) anywayss, i promise to get better at writing more interesting stuff. i swear! my new writing class will sure help haha. i've already learned that i can exress my life through writing :)
